Let me begin by saying I contacted Allied 3 weeks before moving, after hearing horror stories about the moving company I had contracted with and to which I had paid a substantial amount. That same week, I met with Bert Willis, who came to my home and made an inventory of the items to be moved and was upfront about the cost, that is, what he quoted me in price could be higher or lower after the truck was weighed with my load. On the day of loading my furniture, Mike Buchanan, arrived with another nice young man, and they were very careful about padding all of my furniture and took an inventory of all items loaded on the truck. Bottom line, the Allied and Mike were excellent with no surprises on the cost, condition of goods delivered, delay of delivery, or ability to keep track of the delivery time. I'm hoping this will be my last move, but if not, will definitely go with Allied!! Kathy
